As part of its strategic plan to become the leading sports betting provider in Colorado, renowned gambling operator William Hill on Tuesday unveiled its online sports betting operations. This had been in the pipeline for quite some time now with the only thing standing in the way being regulatory approval. Now, the wait is finally over and sports bettors in the state can enjoy some betting action from wherever they may be.

Building on Previous Success

The new mobile Sports Book is available for both Android and iOS-powered mobile devices. Players within the state’s borders can easily gain access to the apps and indulge in some sports betting action.

Thankfully, William Hill has already established a strong foundation in Colorado since the state legalized sports betting on May 1. This means that the mobile sports bettors who are already playing at the retail locations may not need to register again.

Online and Mobile Betting in West Virginia

Colorado is just one of the fairly large number of states where William Hill is slowly growing its portfolio in. Last Friday, the gaming operator also launched online and mobile sports betting in West Virginia, another very lucrative market.

Bettors in the state are now able to enjoy placing bets on a massive range of markets including both professional and collegiate sporting events. The operator has even integrated a live-scoring game updates feature that will definitely appeal to many gamers.

As expected, registering an account on the sports betting app has been made extremely easy and very secure. To top it all off, any new bettor who signs up with the app will be rewarded with an additional $10 as well as a 100 percent match bonus up to $150.

William Hill’s Bid for CG Technology

The gambling operator has also recently made a successful bid for CG Technology, a move that is certainly going to give it an upper hand in Las Vegas, one of the biggest gambling markets in the United States. Its mobile sports betting app and retail operation in the state will certainly benefit significantly from the tie-up.

“William Hill has long been the leading sportsbook operator in Nevada. This acquisition further expands our footprint, giving us a bigger presence on the Las Vegas Strip at several world-renowned resorts.”

Joe Asher, CEO of William Hill US.

2020 is certainly going to go down as a great year for William Hill despite all of the setbacks. The full return of sports betting activities is drawing nearer and the company will be ready to take full advantage of this.
