Gambling.com has recently teamed up with Clarion Gaming for this year’s American Gambling Awards which will be held during the ICE North America conference at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. Clarion Gaming is in charge of organizing the event and already a lot of great things have been lined up.

For instance, the ICE North America conference will feature programming that will include a wide range of discussions pertaining to sports betting, casinos, lottery, the budding eSports betting industry, payments service, hospitality technology as well as affiliate marketing. The organization’s events always live up to the hype and they attract quite a number of people.

That said, some of the delegates who are set to be in attendance at the conference include representatives of sports betting and interactive gaming companies, legislators, key stakeholders, and decision-makers as well as the gambling solutions providers.

The 2020 ICE North America conference is now set to be the best of all time. This is because it will not only feature the American Gambling Awards but also because it offers the opportunity for valuable networking opportunities for companies and individuals.

“The American Gambling Awards launched in 2019 to bring positive attention to the leaders making online gambling a reality, and we couldn’t be more excited to host the nominees, judges, winners, and guests of the awards, in conjunction with our event,” an event director for ICE North America elaborated.

All things considered, it is pretty clear that the American gambling industry is going to go through a bit of a shakeup due to these events.

The Schedule

To keep track of everything pertaining to the American Gambling Awards, Gambling.com has already delivered a timetable of events. There are four main key dates on the schedule and if you intend to participate you should definitely keep them in mind. They are:

  • Nominations open on February 18, 2020
  • Nominations close on March 20, 2020
  • Finalists get announced on March 30, 2020
  • Winners announced and awards on May 14, 2020

Needless to say, the American Gambling Awards is a very big deal particularly because it is the only ceremony with a focus on the United States’ online gambling industry. Launched in 2019, the ceremony has huge plans to extend its reach and be an inclusive platform for all operators.

According to Charles Gillespie, the Chief Executive of Gambling.com Group Plc, this year they will be doing a lot more with the awards. One of the most notable movable moves in this regard is the addition of new categories and new judges. This means we should expect to see several more winners at the awards this year.
