If you have been following Borgata&#8217;s events, then you will certainly be familiar with the Borgata Summer Poker Open \u2013 <strong>this is the third of the flagship live series held at the Borgata Hotel Casino &amp; Spa every year.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p>Set to officially return on July 9, the Borgata Summer Poker Open will run for a little over two weeks and in that period, the participating poker players will be treated to some of the most exciting games in addition to being given the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realmoneygambling.com\/news\/hawaiian-tourist-hits-monopoly-jackpot-in-las-vegas\/\">opportunity to compete to win life-changing amounts of money<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>As it stands, the official schedule for the high-profile\npoker event has not been released but a few details have leaked. The poker\nseries will reportedly kick off with the traditional $600 buy-in Open event on\nJuly 9 \u2013 this will have a guaranteed $500,000 guarantee and will run for a total\nof five days with three days of starting flights.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>The most notable highlight of the Borgata Summer Poker Open is expected to be the Championship event which will go down as from July 21 to July 26 and will feature two days of Day 1 starting flights. Just like <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"the previous Borgata tournament series (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.theborgata.com\/casino\/poker\/tournaments\/summer-poker-open-2018\" target=\"_blank\">the previous Borgata tournament series<\/a>, the Championship event is set to feature<strong> a $1 million guaranteed prize pool and a buy-in of $2,700.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p>To get in, poker players will have a shot at entry tickets\nthrough online qualifiers and satellites that will run on BorgataPoker.com as\nfrom June 23 to July 21. The players will be able to qualify for the events for\nas low as $5 in that period.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"action-packed-may-and-june\">Action-Packed May and June<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>The Borgata Summer Poker Open is two months away but you should not worry about having nothing to do as you wait \u2013 the casino has recently announced a good number of live tournament series and promotions for its customers. Its <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Sit &amp; Go (SNG) leaderboard promotion (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/poker.borgataonline.com\/en\/poker\/promotions\/sit-n-go-leaderboards\" target=\"_blank\">Sit &amp; Go (SNG) leaderboard promotion<\/a>, for instance, has been extended to run all through the month of May and a better part of June with each week featuring two separate leaderboards exclusive to SNG players.<strong> These players will have a shot at walking away with a share of the $2,000 prize that is on offer.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p>The Sit &amp; Go leadership promotion aside, Borgata Casino will also be hosting <strong>three value-added tournament series this month. <\/strong>DeepStacks Challenge Series will be the first and it will run between May 13 and May 17 \u2013 it will also guarantee a total of $100,000 over five events. Next will be the Saturdays Series which will be a single day event that will feature a $100,000 guaranteed prize pools for and a buy-in of $400.
